Wow! I have known for several years that things weren’t right and that I needed to work on me, but haven’t had the courage to do anything. I thought that my past pain and the issues they caused would be too difficult an obstacle to overcome.

Through lots of tears, laughter and love you have given me the support, guidance and simple tools to change my life and the life of those around me.

I am now looking and working towards a life filled with light and love. Thank you Julie. Trish
