What is important to you? Your family, you job, your home, your lifestyle? We all have different ideas about what is important to us and that’s ok as we all have free will. But how well are you really loving and supporting what’s important to you? You are a very powerful person but are you using this power to its full potential and for your future benefit?

True power and massive change comes from love and support…think of the energy of anger, frustration, control and force, which is what we feel when we feel we don’t have a choice. It doesn’t feel good and it leaves us stressed and unhappy. Now think of the energy of love and support, which is how we feel when we can make positive choices to help ourselves and others, it leaves us feeling really good about ourselves and our life.

You have the power to make massive changes not only to your life but to the world, just by just being loving and supportive…yes little you!

If you have been following the news lately you would have seen that Holden Australia are cutting jobs, Reckitt Benckiser – The Australian plant that manufactures mortien fly spray has closed its doors, Heinz tomato sauce did the same and many people working in these businesses have lost their jobs.

Now it’s very easy to get caught up in the fear of all of this because things are looking bad for the economy and you really feel for those who have lost their jobs and their families. But feeling bad about this doesn’t help anyone…there is a better way to help these people and others who's jobs are being threatened by loving and supporting what is important to you.

Australia is the lucky country…and to ensure it remains so its time to support each other and our own communities and start stepping up so we don’t end up becoming the victims of scarcity or a county with no choices that relies on other countries to support us.

Yes sometimes it is more expensive to manufacture in Australia and sometimes to buy Australian but that manufacturing and those home grown products/services can give you and your kids a job and a future. It also gives your country a future. If we start to support our local and Australian businesses that are supporting us, then we start to build a solid economy and future for all. We start to create more jobs, these jobs can start to support more people and these people can start to support others and all of a sudden we are all supporting each other and we are all financially supported with jobs. If we focus on cost cutting and scarcity then we create fear and then we look for an easy and cheaper ways out and that attracts more scarcity and more cost cutting and more job losses and more overseas countries reaping the benefits of our support. If that’s important to you that’s fine but if it isn’t what you want for your future or the future of you kids, it’s not and it’s time to start actively supporting the future you want.

Australia rides on the back of small business and if we don’t start to support and protect our choices we will lose them. We will create a corporate society where we have no choices. We will be placed at the mercy of these bigger companies and other countries, and our general population and communities will be left financially at their mercy.

Let me use the big banks just as an example; every year they are making more and more profits, yet they are not playing fair. The Westpac bank cut jobs this week and I believe on Tuesday 7th, if the reserve bank announces further interest rates cuts, the big banks will notfully pass on these rate cuts to their customers. The big banks focus is about profits and not about helping and supporting their customers who are supporting them. They are penalising their customers with less service and higher interest rates and if thier customers keep supporting this then they keep allowing them to penalise everyone financially.

Just getting angry and frustrated doesn’t bring about change…We have the power over our banks and our lives, and you have more power in your life than you realise. All thats needed to do to connect to this power, is to give your love and support to what is important to you and turn away from what is not. Its really simple.

So if you are a customer that isn’t being supported, don’t get angry and frustrated about this, do something about it…turn away and give your support to those who support you and your future. If enough people do this they will listen. The banks rely on you, so you have all the power, not the other way around.

This is what we need to realise…all it takes is for you to start loving and supporting what is really important to you and turning away from what isn’t loving and supporting you back. It’s not hard it just takes an effort on your part to support yourself and your future and you will be happier and feel more in control of your life when you start to use your voice by supporting what is important to you and what is also supporting your family and your community.

There are a lot of good people out there and if all these good people start supporting each other…with a bit of effort we could make some massive changes that benefits everyone.

I used the banks as an example but I am sure there are many areas in your life that frustrate you and 2012 is the year we are supported to do something about it. It’s time to wake up and discover our true power on both an individual and community level. This power doesn’t come from being frustrated, forceful, angry and controlling…that’s exactly what we are trying to remove from our lives, because it doesn’t make us feel good or happy, happiness comes from being loving and supportive and having love and support in return. True power comes from love and peace.

So if something is important to you…love and support it. If something isn’t important or is affecting your life don’t give it your energy, turn away from it and move towards supporting something that is.
Have a think, how can you make a difference to what you want for your future for your family, your community and your life and start supporting it. Every little bit of love and support amplifies that love and support back to you. Is there a local business that is struggling and needs your support and business?

Every action has an equal reaction and every time you love and support something you attract love and support back to you and that’s the power of the law of attraction in action.
