The Inner Child - 3.5 hours
He/she exists in all of us and if your inner child is nurtured life is exciting and fun. Understanding this part of ourselves and how our upbringing may have affected who you are today, can allow you to reconnect and heal your inner child so that you allow fun and laughter back into your life.

This workshop is a great introduction for children to understand their spiritual essence. Most children will experience heightened awareness up to the age of 9. With out understanding and nurturing children shut this awareness down. Through fun exercises and games connecting to the light within will help children discover and understand this part of self.
